Optimist is one half late-night kitchen, one half cocktail bar — working the same room. The lights stay low. The music moves. The oven stays hot until you're ready for dessert.
We opened because Bali needed a place that treats dinner and drinks like the same sentence. Show up after a long day. Show up after a short one. Show up at midnight if you're hungry. The door is always the same colour.
